Welcome to PromptedComms, a division of The Jason Button, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and participation in any live trainings, including but not limited to our PromptedComms Masterclass, Executive Fast-Track coaching, and Strategic Advisory services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Live Training Format

All classes are delivered live via in-person or virtual (Zoom) formats. No recordings will be provided or authorized. Screenshots, recordings, or replications of any portion of the class content are strictly prohibited.

2. Downloadable Materials

Participants may receive worksheets or resource documents following the class. These materials are for individual use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or replicated in any form without prior written consent from The Jason Button, LLC.

3. Intellectual Property

All class content, including but not limited to slides, handouts, exercises, prompts, and methodologies, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Jason Button, LLC. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Registration, Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required to confirm registration. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds will be issued once a class has taken place.

5. Use of AI Tools

PromptedComms provides guidance and education on how to use third-party AI platforms. Participants understand and agree that AI-generated content should always be reviewed, fact-checked, and approved by a human before being shared or published. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or appropriate.

6. Disclaimer of Results

The techniques, prompts, and examples shared in our Services are intended for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, media placements, or business performance. Examples given are based on current technology and may not reflect future AI developments.

7. Nature of Services

Our masterclasses and coaching sessions are for informational and educational use only. Nothing presented shall be construed as business, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Jason Button, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Services or use of AI platforms.

By registering for a PromptedComms class or submitting your contact information, you agree to receive future communications from us, including newsletters, product announcements, and special offers. You may opt out at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
